My red warframes all have the same problem on the Protovyre Apex ephemera and it's also the same problem on different colors and has discoloration. Yes thats exactly it, glad I'm not the only one, so far as my testing goes it only seems red is having issues but idk, I need to to do a little more testing, to see if other colours also have issues.I appreciate the information; thank you. I'll double-check, but I think that means the basic Protovyre Ephemera is bugged, as I've been running around with a max Rhino P with a lens in it, but my progress on the Appearance screen says I've earned 0 progress toward evolution.
