I will not comment on accuracy or reliability, I have only owned it for 3 days and fired 60 rounds of cheap ammo. I don't see how the rail would fit with it in place. A competent TIG welder could put on in place if a part can be sourced. Removing the rail would take someone with the skills of a jeweler to cut off the welds without cutting into the receiver. And then some real metal working skills would be required to remove the remaining weld lines.
