I did and was told that ISC Chicago has nothing to do with the USPS. The Customs website says that ISC is a USPS facility and not a custom facility. I have been experiencing delays with the USPS Sorting Centre in Chicago for the past 2 months. I have 3 packages that I mailed on May 3,4 and 7th, 2021. All 3 of the packages arrived at the ISC Chicago USPS and simply stopped moving.
