Choose activate modem and enter either CM MAC or HFC MAC (should be on the side or bottom of your router). The tech support used MTA MAC which is used for phone/voip. They have no clue what to enter. Installation was straightforward but the Motosync mobile app was hard to find (made by "Minim" not "Motorola"). Once I found it, I was unable to get the Motosync app to work because the signup page kept failing. Lame. Okay whatever...it's not necessary.
